DESIGN MANAGEMENT

By working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors, we make sure the design is functional, easy to build, and stays within budget, helping the project move smoothly from concept to construction.

Construction Delivery

  • Our team is experienced in managing the fast-paced construction works. From contractors tendering to coordinating work on-site, we manage every detail carefully. We prioritise safety and quality, making sure projects stay on schedule and meet all required standards. We oversee the work from start to finish, ensuring time, cost, and quality goals are met.

Commissioning, Handover and Completion

  • Successful handovers start well before the project is finished. We manage the commissioning process from start to finish, testing systems to ensure everything works correctly and meets regulations. Our attention to detail helps ensure the final result is delivered to specification, giving you a smooth transition into operation and reducing any issues after handover.

ADVOCACY SERVICES

  • We provide independent, conflictfree advice to help committees and owners understand reports, limit consultant costs, and make informed decisions before committing to work. This includes interpreting technical reports, evaluating repair vs. replacement options, and assisting with stakeholder communication.
  • Timeframe: Dependent on document review and client needs.
  • Cost: Minimum charge 4 hours ($1,400 + GST).

PROJECT PLANNING

  • Defining risks, responsibilities, scope, extents, budgets, contracts, contractors, and efficiencies.
  • We guide committees through the early stages of upcoming projects, clarifying risks, responsibilities, scope, budgets, and contract requirements. Outputs include contract selection advice, project budgets, risk registers, and a clear action sheet for tender preparation
  • Typical Timeframe: 2 weeks (including 1-hour committee meeting).
  • Cost: Lump sum $2,100 + GST.

  • We coordinate the right consultant; engineers, architects, certifiers, and suppliers, to produce compliant scopes of work. This ensures design quality and alignment with the approved project plan.
  • Timeframe: Ongoing, based on consultant engagement.
  • Cost: $350/hr, typically $2,800 – $5,600 + GST.
